"Pretty good, just wanted more choices"
It was decent overall, like nothing bad to complain about really. I used it and thought, okay, this works, but then I kept wishing there were more options to pick from. Maybe I’m just picky, I don’t know. The quality seemed fine, and it did what I needed, but yeah, a little more variety would’ve made it better

I had to return a tool, and the refund did come back eventually, it just literally took longer than I was expecting. Support was okay, not the fastest, but they handled it and got everything sorted

The One-Key app has been a huge help. Keeping track of tools on job sites can be such a pain, and I’m tired of wasting time hunting stuff down or wondering who had what last. This app actually makes it easy to know where my tools are and saves me a lot of hassle during the day

"Good drill, but I expected a bit more"
The build feels solid overall, no doubt about that. But my drill casing got scuffed up really quickly, and the chuck already feels a little loose. It still works just fine, but for the price, I expected it to be a bit tougher

I used this for most of the afternoon, and it felt good in my hand the whole time. It’s not too heavy, so your wrist doesn’t start complaining after a while. The only thing I’d change is the grip, it could be a little softer.

I picked this up for a small project and spent a little time getting everything set up, checking the parts, and figuring out the best way to use it. It didn’t really surprise me one way or the other, and there wasn’t much hassle once I got going. I’ve used better tools before, but I’ve definitely used worse too. In the end, the tool was fine.

I ordered a new tool and was expecting to wait a bit, but it ended up getting to me sooner than I thought. I kept an eye on the tracking, and it updated smoothly the whole way, which made it easy to know when it was coming. It did arrive one day later than the first estimate, but considering how quick the whole thing was overall, I wasn’t bothered. The box showed up in good shape too, not crushed or beat up. All in all, it was a easy experience, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Fixed, but the timing was frustrating"
They did get it fixed in the end, but the wait was really annoying. The timing couldn’t have been worse, and I felt like it dragged on way longer than it should have. Glad it’s handled now, but the whole delay definitely put a damper on the experience

I’ve been using the Packout boxes for a while now, and overall I’d say they’re good. They feel sturdy, stack easily, and they’ve held up fine for regular use. That said, one of the latches started feeling a little loose after a few months, and the plastic seems to scratch quicker than I expected. For the price, I guess I thought they’d feel a bit tougher. Still, they’re usable and I’m not really unhappy with them, just not totally sure they’re as rugged as they’re made out to be

I’ve been using my Milwaukee tool for a few months now, or maybe closer to a couple months i kind of lost track. Either way, the power has been solid. It handles most stuff around the house without much trouble, and I’ve used it on a few heavier jobs too where it didn’t feel weak. The torque is where I’m a little mixed. Some days it feels really strong, and then other times it struggles more than I expected, especially on tighter bolts. Maybe I was expecting too much from what people were saying about it, but it’s not quite as mind-blowing as I thought it would be. Still a good tool overall, just not perfect.

"Fast Help When I Needed It"
I had a question about a tool warranty and sent them a message, i wasn’t really expecting much. I know people complain about customer service all the time, but in this case, they actually got back to me the same day.
They answered my actual question too, not one of those useless copy-and-paste replies. I got the info I needed, it was handled quickly, and I don’t really see what more I could’ve asked for. Good customer service, in my experience.

"Works fine, just wish it charged faster"
The charger does what it’s supposed to do and I haven’t had any issues with it failing or acting weird, but I thought it would be a lot quicker for the price, especially with my bigger M18 batteries that still seem to take quite a while, and when I forget to charge them the night before it can really slow me down during the day, so while it’s steady and reliable enough, I’d say it’s just okay overall and not really anything amazing.
